Do/Don't Do - Taking It Slow 1 - Knees, Jaws, Eyes

Do/Don’t Do

A super slow, internally focused series to explore allowing movement - and not restricting movement.

This lesson connects eyes, knees, jaw and head for deep relaxation and coordination. These simple movements help uncover secret, hidden muscle and joint “helper” that actually get in the way of clear movement.
