ReCentering for Sports and Sanity - 1 - Bow to the Center
Feeling spun, off balance, akimbo, floating, sinking, dizzy, sunken? We are all in different bodies than we inhabited a couple of years ago. This series is to bring us back to center.
Bow to Center - Keep your bike, kayak, crawl stroke, putt, arpeggios, etc. on the line for power and ease. Sense the subtle adjustments in your core, spine, pelvis, shoulders and head that keep you on center as you slowly, slowly, bow forward. It’s a deep, trancey session to kick off this series.
On Zoom.
